RETURNS AT NAVCOM STORE
Bring the item you would like to return to our location along with your receipt. Any of our sale representatives will be able to assist you with the return.
RETURNS BY MAIL
Our Return-Exchange Guidelines encourages you to ship your package back to us with tracking and delivery confirmation. Please note: that without a tracking number and delivery confirmation we can not accept responsability for returns/exchanges not received.
Also package the item in their original pallet, or its original packaging. Once you return has beed delivered, please allow 10-15 business days for your refun/exchange to be processed. Finally, we can not refund shipping cost in either direction.
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER?
First confirm in what terms you bought the item(s), if is "as is" that means there is not a refund option. If there is refund term in your purchase, it will be processed with 10-15 business days of receipt with the proper paperwork. The refund will be credited back to your original form of payment.
